Google Enhances Quick Share on Windows with Stability-Focused Update
Recently, Google has introduced an update for Quick Share on Windows that primarily addresses issues experienced by users rather than adding new functionalities. This latest version aims to resolve problems that have affected performance and usability in the past weeks.
The updated Quick Share version 1.0.2002.2 is now accessible for Windows users and focuses on fixing twelve different bugs. Notably, it resolves an issue where the Wi-Fi hotspot recovery failed if the application was closed during a file transfer. Additionally, there were occurrences where the app would crash while attempting to read an input file or establish a Bluetooth connection, and these issues have been addressed in the current update.
This update enhances the previous Quick Share version 1.0.1939.4, which was made available earlier this month by the tech company based in Mountain View. The enhancements reflect Google’s commitment to improving user experience by refining the app's stability and overall functionality.
